Todays Forecast; Weekend Forecast, Long Term Temperatures, Rain Next Week?

Todays Forecast:

Drizzle chance until mid day. Fog will also remain until around mid day today. Temperatures inland in the range of 76-81 degrees. While temperatures along the shore will be in the range of 66-71 degrees. The sun will begin to shine through in the early afternoon.



Weekend Forecast:


Saturday: Sunny, with a light wind of 5-10mph throughout the day. Temperatures inland in the range of 79-83 degrees. Temperatures on the shore will be in the range of 73-77 degrees. Temperatures will drop into the 50's overnight.


Sunday: Sunny, with a light southwesterly wind. Temperatures inland in the range of 73-76 degrees. While temperatures along the shore will be in the range of 69-73 degrees. Temperatures will drop into the 50's overnight. Possible high 40's lows in Northern CT.


Long Term Temperature Outlook:


Expect temperatures for the first half of June to be be at or below normal with temperatures mostly in the 70s. Expect temperatures to begin to warm to more seasonable levels into the 80's for the rest of June. Some days may be warmer or cooler based on areas of low and high pressure.


Early Forecast for Rain Next Week:


Tuesday Night and Wednesday: Possible light to moderate rain beginning during the night, continuing into the Early AM's Wednesday. Then chance showers until around 11am.


Thursday: Rain starting in the morning Thursday. Possible heavy rain at times. Rain will end around 8pm.
