Heavy Wintry Mix This AM.

The mixing won the battle over the snow, a wintry mix is expected the rest of the morning. This will be a high impact storm because of timing and the weight of the sleet and freezing rain making for a difficult removal. Some slush will be around when the precipitation ends through this afternoon, however temperatures will drop quickly this evening causing all slush to freeze solid creating slick spots.

We expect all precipitation to lighten up after 9-10am and totally taper off around noon.
