Heat Advisory's for the Weekend; Possible Rain Tonight, Another Look at Memorial Day Weekend

Weather Discussion (Heat Advisories):
As of today Heat Advisories are in effect from May 21, 12:00 PM EDT until May 21, 08:00 PM EDT. Heat advisories are for the whole state of CT except for the immediate shoreline. Temperatures for Central and Northern CT will be in the mid to the upper 90's. While the shoreline will remain cooler although still warm in the Low 80's. We could also be seeing heat advisories for Sunday, no info on this just yet. High humidity will make temperatures feel opressive. Heat advisories can be seen in the map below in orange.
Heat Index = Temperatures could feel anywhere from 100-105 degrees Saturday and Sunday

Possible Rain Tonight:
Rain is possible tonight starting at around 8pm ending in the early AM Saturday morning. Expect the high of the day by the shore to remain right around 70 degrees throughout the state. Temperatures will be cooler at the shore in the low to mid 60's. Fog and clouds clearing only to become cloudy and rainy later tonight. Some isolated stronger wind gusts may occur. Thunder and lightning is possible.
