We have a short lived but intense shot of blustery cold air moving in this afternoon. Temperatures will drop to the single digits in spots with wind chills below zero overnight into Tuesday. We will also have to deal with a a period of very strong winds from 10pm tonight through 10am Tuesday. Winds will approach 50mph which may lead to some scattered power outages. We will also be monitoring some scattered snow squalls later this evening which may coat the ground in some places.
Temperatures will rebound Wednesday and Thursday before another quick but less intense cold shot for Friday and the weekend. The extended outlook does look quiet but potentially quite mild with temperatures in the 50s, possibly even 60s if the pattern breaks right.
I'll leave you with some forecast images.
Potential wind gusts through Tuesday.

Wind Chills for 7am Tuesday morning.
